Mission: CC-RB-23-A

For this mission we tasked ourselves with creating a bold, yet balanced Bordeaux blend from California’s Central Coast. We reconnoitered multiple AVAs and discovered world class Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon in two separate AVAs - Santa Ynez Valley and Adelaida District - that blended together perfectly.
